Day 2; group one

They were safe. That's how much they knew - that they weren't stuck in the driving wind and rain, that even though the power flickered it looked like it would stay on. They even figured out the radio system, and for a while - a little while - they could hear the other groups, even though the sound was full of static.

That was before the power bit the big one. They'd thought that this was the chance to not be in the movie, that things were different because there wasn't Samuel L Jackson just hanging around and Dr. Ian Malcolm talking about chaos theory.

But then there's a giant clap of thunder and the power goes out, and they're all just sort of left there - the lights still on so they weren't in the dark, but it was clear they were run on a generator, everything washed out from the spotlights.

"Samuel L Jackson probably couldn't tear off a raptor's head with his bare hands," Abed states, a few seconds after she's gone. "At least, not in this movie."

Troy says something that involves Nick Fury and Raptors On A Plane, and Abed smiles over at him.
